Health is wealth people say. No matter what you have achieved in life, your health determines how you enjoy them.
You can sustain your health simply by the food you eat. Eating natural foods such as fruits and vegetable and avoiding processed food to the minimum will make you to live long and live a healthy life. Most processed food is junks.
